Why choose our program
Real bean-to-cup coffee
Whole beans ground per cup, programmable strength and cup size, and 8–20 drink recipes including espresso, latte, cappuccino, and hot chocolate.
Pays for itself
At around $0.35 in beans, milk, and cup per drink against a $2–$3.50 vend price, a single busy placement can clear its cost in well under a year.
Cashless and unattended
Card, tap, Apple Pay, and Google Pay standard — or switch to free-vend mode when coffee is a staff or guest perk instead of a revenue line.
Who buys a coffee vending machine
Offices replacing a break-room drip pot that nobody cleans. Hotels adding a 24-hour lobby coffee option without staffing a café. Gyms and studios selling pre-workout americanos. Auto dealerships, clinics, and coworking spaces where a good cup of coffee is the difference between a comfortable wait and a complaint. If you serve more than about 30 cups a day, a bean-to-cup unit is usually cheaper per cup than pods and dramatically better than powdered coffee.
Bean-to-cup vs. pods vs. powder
• Bean-to-cup — beans ground per drink. Best taste, lowest cost per cup, needs a daily grounds empty and milk-line rinse. • Pod / capsule — simplest upkeep, but the highest ongoing cost per cup and a lot of packaging waste. • Powder / instant — cheapest hardware and easiest cleaning, noticeably weaker cup. Fine for low-traffic waiting areas. Tell us your daily cup count and we will tell you honestly which of the three fits.
What's included when you buy from Vending IQ
• Free freight to the contiguous US, typically shipping in 5–7 business days • 12-month parts warranty with US-based support • Optional white-glove install and on-site setup • Payment hardware configured before it leaves — card, tap, and mobile wallets • Menu, pricing, and cup sizes programmed to your spec • Financing options so you can spread the cost across the machine's first year of sales
Space, power, and water requirements
Countertop bean-to-cup units need roughly 18" of counter width and a standard 110V outlet. Freestanding floor units need about 24–30" of floor width plus clearance behind for airflow. Water is your choice: an internal tank you top off, or a direct plumbed line if you would rather never refill. Milk can be fresh from a refrigerated side unit or topping powder, depending on the model.
Frequently asked questions
- How much does a coffee vending machine cost?
- Bean-to-cup commercial coffee vending machines from Vending IQ typically run from the mid single-digit thousands up to around $20,000 depending on grinder count, milk system, and drink menu size. Every quote includes freight, warranty, and install so the number you see is the delivered number.
- What is the difference between a coffee vending machine and an espresso machine?
- A coffee vending machine is self-serve and takes payment: the customer selects a drink, pays by card or tap, and the machine grinds, brews, and dispenses without a barista. A commercial espresso machine still needs someone to pull shots and steam milk.
- Does it use real beans or instant powder?
- Our bean-to-cup units grind whole beans per cup. Powder-based units are available if you want a lower price point and simpler cleaning, and we will tell you which fits your traffic before you buy.
- How many drinks can it make?
- Programmable menus of 8 to 20 drinks are standard — espresso, americano, latte, cappuccino, flat white, mocha, hot chocolate, plus hot water for tea. Menu, cup size, and strength are all configurable.
- Does it accept credit cards and Apple Pay?
- Yes. Card, tap, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are standard, and cash or free-vend mode can be enabled if you want to offer coffee at no charge to staff or guests.
- Does it need plumbing?
- Not necessarily. Most units run on an internal tank you refill, and any of them can be plumbed to a water line if you prefer never refilling. Both options need a standard 110V outlet.
- Who services and maintains it?
- Daily upkeep is emptying grounds and wiping the milk circuit — a few minutes. Warranty repairs and parts are handled through Vending IQ, and we can quote a service plan for multi-location deployments.
- How fast can it ship?
- Most coffee units ship in 5 to 7 business days with free freight to the contiguous US, plus optional white-glove install.
