1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using vendingiqsupply.shop (the "Site") or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Payment is collected in full at checkout via Stripe. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
3. Pricing
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing, but errors may occur — we reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by them.
4. Shipping, Returns & Warranty
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Machines carry the manufacturer's standard warranty; warranty service is coordinated through Vending IQ.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vending IQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of any machine, including lost profits or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the machine in question.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Vending IQ or its licensors and is protected by US copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Vending IQ is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state and federal courts of that jurisdiction.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
