Shipping Policy

Lead Times
Most machines ship from our supplier facilities within 4–6 weeks of order confirmation. Custom configurations, wraps, or large multi-unit orders may take 6–10 weeks. You will receive a confirmed ship date once production is scheduled.
Freight & Delivery
Vending machines ship via LTL freight carrier on a pallet, curbside delivery, lift-gate included. Inside delivery, white-glove placement, and installation are available as add-ons — contact us for a quote.
Shipping Rates
Freight is calculated at checkout based on machine weight, destination ZIP, and delivery service level. We ship to all 48 contiguous US states. Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipping are quoted on request.
Receiving Your Machine
You or an authorized representative must be present at delivery. Inspect the crate and machine for visible damage before signing the bill of lading. Note any damage on the BOL — unnoted freight damage is not recoverable from the carrier.
Tracking
Once your machine ships, we email a BOL number and carrier contact. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment 24–48 hours before drop-off.
Delays
Freight transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier capacity, and terminal congestion can affect delivery dates. We will keep you informed of any material delays.
